Tatia and Nodo’s Winery is inspired by the idea of preserving and popularizing the Georgian qvevri wine culture. Here, the guest not only shares the aroma of wine, but also becomes a part of the history and hospitality of Guria.
Within the framework of the “Green Guria” project, a significant expansion of wine production was carried out, for which modern equipment was purchased, including wine storage tanks, a chiller and oak barrels. With the help of this equipment, it became possible to produce both traditional qvevri and European-style wines. In addition, a small wine laboratory was organized, which ensures constant control of wine quality. A special space was allocated for visitors on the territory of the winery. As a result of the project, wine production expanded and its quality significantly improved, which contributes to the popularization of Guria wine both in the local and international markets.
With the help of modern equipment, the winery was able to simultaneously produce both traditional qvevri and European-style white, rosé and red wines.
As a result of the project, wine production has expanded and its quality has improved significantly.
A small wine laboratory allows the winery to constantly monitor quality — so that the guest always feels a uniform, authentic taste.
“Nodo’s Winery” contributes to the popularization of Gurian wine in both the local and international markets — and this path is already confirmed by recognition.
